Warranty Policy of Panasonic System Kitchen - Terms and Conditions

1. Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. ("The Company") offers 2-year warranty service to Panasonic System Kitchen (The Product) commencing from the completion date of installation. Warranty service covers the following items:
   • Panasonic System Kitchen: dysfunction of the cabinets caused by structural manufacturing defects.
   • Cabinet's Accessories: handles and knobs caused by structural manufacturing defects (excluding from the causes of defect listed on point number 3 below).
   • Metal accessories.


2. Warranty service of electrical appliances, kitchen countertops and other accessories (e.g. glass accessories, sink mixers, sink etc.) is subject to respective agents ' terms and conditions as well as the warranty period. 1-year warranty service applies to electrical accessories of Panasonic System Kitchen (if any).


3. Warranty service does not cover the following items. Additional charges shall be levied if services are required:
   • The product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tempered with, altered or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of the company.
   • Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, abnormal bending, damages caused by misuse, negligence or accident.
   • Surface damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, external heating, dampness and dust etc.
   • The product was cleaned with improper methods or cleaning products.
   • The product is used for industrial or commercial purpose.
   • Display items.


4. The company may conduct on-site inspection to examine product's condition and study the root cause of the defects as alleged by the customer. If warranty service applies to defective product, the company shall repair the defective product without any charges (Warranty arrangement is subject to the actual situation). Inspection fee and repairing charges shall be charged to the customer if warranty service does not apply to the defective product.


5. The defective product and / or parts under warranty will be collected at the time of replacement (if any).


6. All Terms and Conditions stated are subject to change without notice. Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. retains final deciding authority in case of dispute.


7. In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English version and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
